When trying to install any CMS from cPanel’s Site Software, you will see a message as below. Site Software will provide addons which are allowed for your account.

If you are on a shared hosting platform, you need contact your web hosting provider to enable this feature. On a VPS hosting OR Dedicated server, you can perform the steps below.
- Login to your WHM as root.
- In the left pane, there are many options available. Find for cPanel Addons.
- Select the CMS you wish to enable & tick the box on the lower right that says “Force refresh of all cpAddon sources“
- Click the Update Addon Config button.
