Upgrading your account can be done in just a few simple clicks.
Simply login to the Customer Portal and once you have successfully logged in, then click on the Services link from the top menu bar and select My Services from the drop down menu.
On the services page, it will list your active and inactive services. On the right hand side of the service that you would like to upgrade, click on the down arrow to select the Upgrade option.
Upgrading your plan will be pro-rata till your next due invoice. Once you make the payment, the package will be automatically upgraded.
