When a domain is in the ‘locked’ status, it is considered as a protection against the domain transfers that are not authorized. For transferring a domain name, the domain name status must be set to ‘Active’. Preferably the domain must be on the ‘locked’ status unless you are considering the transfer of the domain to a new registrar.
The current domain registrar can be contacted for changing the domain name status and in case there are any issues with locking/unlocking your domain, you can contact your web host/registrar for seeking assistance.
If your domain is registered with MilesWeb, contact us through Email, Live Chat or Phone to change the status of your domain to lock/unlock. MilesWeb has experienced team of professionals to handle all type of domain issues.
