In WordPress you can have a title with a tagline/subheading. The tagline is an another title that gives an idea to the readers what the blog is about. Many WordPress theme supports the subheading, to update it login to WordPress go to Settings -> General -> Tagline.
Note – After adding the tagline if it’s not reflecting on your blog then the WordPress theme you are using may have custom settings which is not letting the tagline to reflect on the blog.
