How to change the author of a post in WordPress?

To change the post author login to your WordPress admin area. Go to Posts -> All Posts. There is Edit and Quick Edit option below every post title. Edit the post for which you wish to change the author. An author drop down menu would be displayed, select the author and click on update. You can now view the post with the updated author name.
