When re-creating an account OR restoring a backup file, you will receive an error as below.
Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a mysql user with the name username already exists.)checked xxx files…..
You receive this error because the MySQL user was not removed from the server. An alternative is to restore the account with option force OR delete the MySQL user.
After deleting the MySQL user, try restoring the account.
