- Login to the Joomla admin panel
- Go to the option – ‘System’
- Click on the option – ‘Global Configuration’
- Go to the ‘Server’ tab
- Go to the ‘Mail Settings’ section
- In this section, click on the ‘Yes’ button and then click on ‘Disable Mass Mail’
