When restarting IIS on server, you get message/warning as below.
The IIS Admin Service or the World Wide Web Publishing Service, or a service dependent on them failed to start. The service, or dependent services, may had an error during its startup or may be disabled.
Access server as administrator. Click on Start >> Run >> Type “services.msc” >> Hit Enter
Find for service named World Wide Web Publishing Service & IIS Admin Service. Right click on it and Start. You have to Start/Restart both the services. Try restarting IIS now.
