When installing Softaculous from WHM, you will receive error as below.
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
This is because Ioncube loader is not installed/enabled on the server. To enable it, login to your WHM as root. Access option Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings. Under the PHP tab look for “cPanel PHP loader”. Select the radio button which says Ioncube. Click on Save. You should be able to proceed with Ioncube installation now.
