Are you having a problem while connecting to your website? Did you check your server’s firewall?

This is because it is the first thing you should do if you aren’t able to connect to your website.

For this, simply get your IP address or if you don’t know it just type “what is my ip?” in Google and it will show your IP address.

Then follow the below steps to remove the IP addresses from ConfigServer Firewall.

1. Log in to WHM.

2. Click on Plugins >> ConfigServer Security & Firewall.

3. Navigate to ConfigServer Firewall section below where you will find the options for managing IP addresses.

4. In the “Search for IP” option, mention your IP address and click the “Search for IP” button. You will receive either a confirmation that the IP Address was blocked along with the reason, or confirmation that the IP is not blacklisted.

5. In order to unblock the IP Address, simply click the gold lock icon.
